Want to hire DJs for an event?

WZLY Campus Events Committee, lead by Iza Sid and Lauren Lee, oversees and trains WZLY members on the mixing decks! Through collaboration and practice we hope to foster a group that experiments with music and caters to the audience.
Our Services
We provide DJs to be hired at events and also equipment rental services such as speakers and mics. For more details, please refer to "How do I request a DJ?" at the bottom of this page.

Before requesting services, please check out "Important Policies on Contracts" section!
Once you have done so, click on the button "Requesting WZLY Services" at the bottom of this page to be redirected to documents to be emailed to wzly-campusevents@wellesley.edu. The form allows you to indicate whether you are requesting a DJ or just renting equipment.
Once we receive the document we will provide an initial quote and send contracts when the quote is finalized.

When requesting DJs, this also implies that you will be renting our equipment as well!
Please note that DJ requests need to be send at least 1 week in advance. If that is not the case, there will be a late fee of $50.00 added to the contract.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellations occur less than 1 week before the event, there will be a $50 cancellation fee to compensate the 2 hours of prep time for the DJs.
Additional policies:
The aforementioned policies apply for requesting equipment rental services.
In case of a lost or damaged piece of equipment, WZLY will charge the flat price of $500.00 necessary to replace equipment
